ABOUT THE ARTIST: TRACY ROBB

Tracy Robb is a creative based out of Evansville, Indiana. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design and works as a photographer and an instructor of photography. Her interests lie in capturing emotive landscapes and creating work via Photoshop composites. She has a keen interest in criticism, writing, and teaching as each relates to the history of photography, historic techniques, and the pulse of current events in photography. Tracy’s true love is teaching, introducing people to that “aha moment” in photography and digital art. Tracy formed a solid creative foundation in her community through 23 years of experience as a professor and Chair of Photography in Visual Arts at Ivy Tech Community College in Evansville, Indiana. Fueled by her love of teaching, and involvement with local art clubs, her workshops offer a good dose of technical skills, creativity, and a connection to your inner artistic voice.
Tracy’s work has been featured in many national publications including Graphis International Photography Annual, Camera Art, Photographers Forum, and Evansville Living Magazines, as well as many others. Her work has won prestigious awards including the Louisville Photo Biennial competition judged by Henry Horenstein and is exhibited around the world and purchased for private collections.
